Microsoft Office Developer

Reports to : Development Manager
Department : Product Development & Quality Assurance

Salary : £27,000 to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Job Description

- Lead, support, configure and develop simplified loader MS Office applications

- Assist clients with resolving technical issues reported on the simplified loader support portal

- Develop new features and functionalities in the company's Microsoft Office product range

- Evaluate existing MS Office-based applications and identify opportunities for process improvement as per business requirements

- Prepare operational documentation for the software developed and provide assistance to users with onboarding and installation

- Identify and drive product improvement that results in improved quality, effectiveness, or efficiency of service delivery

 

Qualifications

We are looking for the following skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge and experience of Cloud APIs & Architecture

- Excellent technical knowledge of Excel VBA with a minimum of 4 years of experience

- Excellent understanding of Security Concepts

- Strictly follow the DevOps process and keep the code branches up to date

- End-to-end knowledge of the software development life cycle

- Desirable, Microsoft Certified Professional

 

Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

Job Overview

Simplified Loader develops Excel Templates and Mobile applications that integrate with world-leading ERPs. We work with international clients, well-known brands and leaders in their sectors. We are looking for an outstanding Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join its sales team to help expand its customer base.

 

Principal Accountabilities

- Qualify inbound leads from our website, marketing campaigns, referrals, etc.

- LinkedIn – posting in line with the agreed schedule, writing articles, managing automation, planning acquisition campaigns, proactively searching to add to the network, engaging with potential leads and responding or forwarding as necessary

- Website – Working with Digital Marketing Manager to update the website blog with new and exciting content

- Conduct cold outreach via emails and LinkedIn

- Research the market to understand which companies might be interested. Identify the key decision makers to target. Subscriptions to sales databases will be arranged on request.

- Build long-term relationships with prospects

- Gauge an initial need, demand, and desire for Simplified Loader's products

- Manage multiple campaigns, projects and stakeholders

- Arrange product demo and present to the customer

- Understand our technical support modal

 

Qualifications

We are looking for the following skills:

- Working knowledge of an ERP system

- Understanding of interfaces

- A good eye for design, imagery and layout, and editorial best practice

- Start-up experience (preferred)

- Very well-spoken, strong communication skills

- Ability to engage and deliver presentations

- Fluent knowledge of the English language

- A high level of attention to detail

Mobile App Developer

Job Overview

As a Mobile App Developer, you will lead and support Simplified Loader applications. You will assist clients with resolving technical issues reported on the Simplified Loader Support portal and developing new features and functionalities in our product range.

 

Principal Accountabilities

- Articulate issues to customers, both verbally and written.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement.

- Identify and drive product improvement that results in improved quality, effectiveness, or efficiency of service delivery.

- Own customer escalations end to end, representing the organization on customer calls as required.

- Assist clients with onboarding and installation

 

Qualifications

We are looking for the following skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Knowledge and experience of Cloud APIs & Architecture

- Excellent knowledge of Google Flutter with a minimum of 4 years of experience

- Excellent understanding of Security Concepts

- Strictly follow the DevOps process and keep the code branches up to date

Business Development Manager

Job Overview

As a Business Development Associate Manager, you will lead and support Simplified Loader Operations to grow revenue generation across our Resource Augmentation and Managed Services solutions across Banking and Financial Services.

 

Principal Accountabilities

- Market research – to help identify industry challenges and client demand. Generate Leads using LinkedIn

- Build, own and maintain account matrixes of target clients to map potential users of resource augmentation / managed services

- Building trusted relationships with client stakeholders by proactively meeting potential buyers and client stakeholders to raise Simplified Loader's profile to obtain and qualify new opportunities

- Creating proposals and leading opportunities

- Support in oversight and delivery of client engagements

 

Qualifications

We are looking for the following skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proven skills in building trusted relationships with clients

- Experience in selling software. Previous experience gained within an outbound sales role, with sales, opportunity qualification and closing skills

- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset

- Willingness to learn and can adapt to new ways of working effectively

- Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft apps proficiency
