Simplified Loader’s Enterprise Contract Template is a fully integrated Excel Spreadsheet with Oracle Fusion. Enterprise Contract Template supports different types of Contracts available in Oracle Fusion. The Template supports the upload of Project Contract, Intercompany Contract, etc.

Users of the Oracle Fusion Contract module can utilize Simplified Loader’s Excel Templates to download or to upload Contract from Excel to Oracle Fusion. Excel Template provides a feature-rich interface to input all information required for Contract creation in the Spreadsheet. The portable nature of Simplified Loader Excel sheets makes it possible to distribute the file to any user (inside or outside your organization) who wishes to supply Contract details. Once the contract creation team receives the file populated with Contract data, they can use the same file (without a need to copy-paste data from one Excel file to another) to load data into Oracle Fusion.

Create Contracts operation enables to create one or more new contracts with a single click. Contracts can be created with a single or multiple Contract Lines, Party Contacts, Sales Person, Bill Plan and Revenue Plan, etc. Create Contracts functionality creates the Contract in Draft status, which can be reviewed in Oracle or submitted for activation using the subsequent Activate Contracts operation.

The Contracts are created in Draft status. Once the business is satisfied with Contract details, “Activate Contract” operation can be used to Activate a single or multiple Contract with a single click.

To update a Contract, the status of Contracts should be “Amend”. “Set Status to Amend” operation changes the status of active Contract to Amend. The Contracts can then be amended using the “Update Contracts” functionality in the Simplified Loader template.
