Create Budget enables uploading Project Budget details by periods in a single click of a button. Budget data can be uploaded at the Project level or Tasks level. Based on the Financial plan settings, upload data in Quantity, Raw Cost, Burdened Cost, or Revenue fields.
Get using Project and Plan Type
Get data by Plan Type, allows to download Budget details by Project and Plan Type. Using this functionality is not limited to using a single Project and Plan Type. Multiple projects or Financial Plan Type’s data can be downloaded using this operation. This functionality downloads the baselined version of the Financial Plan.
To use Simplified Loader’s Budget Template, you first need to configure Periods in the About and DataSheet. Using Period Setup functionality, you can set up Periods in DataSheet and About sheet.
1) Roles or privileges required for Budget Template.
The user must have the following roles and privileges to upload Budget:
a. Project Integration Specialist (ORA_PJF_PROJECT_INTEGRATION_SPECIALIST_JOB)
b. Manage Project Financial Plans Service (PJO_MANAGE_PROJECT_FINANCIAL_PLANS_SERVICE_PRIV)
